Rob first started on his own in 2014 as he was frustrated working for the larger companies, who didn’t seem to care about the workers or the customer’s, all they were interested in was the cheque! Although small scale to start with Rob approached Paul Jones a vastly experienced and skilled fitter / manger within the double glazing industry and asked if he would like to help out on the larger jobs.

This turned out to be a masterstroke as with Paul’s great knowledge and skill, and Robs communication skill and customer care things started to snowball, we have many customers who have returned to have more work done or ask us for advice, which we are always glad to give.
